Our infertility and IVF clinic is located on the Plano Presbyterian Hospital Campus in Medical Building 2. Our building is located at the corner of Parker Rd and Midway, just off the Dallas Tollway. We are just minutes from US-35, the George Bush Turnpike, and US-75.

In April, we moved to our new facilities located on the Plano Presbyterian hospital complex. Our new full-time location puts us adjacent to the Presbyterian ARTS department IVF lab. During our 10 year relationship with the Presbyterian ARTS department IVF lab, we have had the pleasure of performing over 2500 IVF procedures. Presbyterian ARTS department continues to receive national recognition for its exceptional quality control and pregnancy rates. With our new office, we will continue to provide Dallas and Plano patients the most up-to-date diagnostic, laboratory, and surgical fertility center available today.

After-Hours & Emergency Calls

At IVF Plano, we are available for our patients 24 hours a day. We respectfully ask that you limit after-hours calls to emergencies only. Non-emergency issues, such as prescriptions, instructions, and test results, are best handled during normal business hours when we have access to your medical records and can better answer your questions.

Payments

We request that patients pay all co-payments or deductibles at the time of service, which will allow our staff to correctly bill your insurance. We accept payment in the form of cash, checks, MasterCard, or Visa.

Presbyterian ARTs Lab Contact & Address

IVF Plano and Dr. Douglas have a long history with the Presbyterian ARTs lab. Having completed more than 2500 IVF procedures in the last 10 years, the ARTS program has achieved nationally recognized success rates. The ARTS program has extensive experience in infertility treatment, is a member of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART), and has an on-site reproductive laboratory certified by the College of American Pathologists.
Named one of the "10 Best Fertility Centers" in the United States by Child magazine, the Presbyterian ARTs staff of embryologists, technicians, nurses, and administrators are dedicated to caring for not only the physical needs of the patient but the emotional ones as well.

The ARTS program offers a wide variety of infertility treatments, from basic care to some of the most advanced in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures available, including assisted hatching, preimplantation genetic screening (PGD/PGS), and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
